These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Rozada ("Adara", "we", "us", or "our"), created by Rozada, operating globally and located in Bristol, United Kingdom, governing your access to and use of the Adara mobile application and any associated websites, including www.adaraapp.com (together, the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

Adara is a feminine life operating system providing planning, wellness, faith, cycle, goals, and finance tools. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, nor use it in any unlawful way or in any manner that could damage or impair the Service.

Adara is offered on an auto-renewable subscription basis. The following terms apply to all paid plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, and Annual):

• Free trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Managing your subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Price changes: If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.

Adara provides wellness, planning, and cycle-tracking features for informational and organisational purposes only. Adara is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Its cycle features estimate your current cycle phase from the data you enter and are not intended for contraception, fertility prediction, or the diagnosis or treatment of any condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical questions or decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you have read or tracked in the Service.

You retain ownership of the content you enter into Adara (such as journal entries, goals, and logs). You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and agree not to use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.

The Service, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Rozada and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence granted above, no rights are transferred to you. "Adara" and associated marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insights or predictions it provides will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rozada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, the licence granted to you ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are between you and Rozada only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where applicable; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
